ROCHESTER, NY (April 22, 2017) – As the snowfall begins to subside across the country, Pro-Tech’s Sno Fighters campaign comes to a close Started three years ago, the annual Sno Fighters campaign focuses on paying tribute to snow and ice professionals and bringing attention to the often under-appreciated but important job they perform during the winter months.
There are several components to the campaign including a promotional website, a contest where customers can submit pictures and video of their snow removal efforts, and several concept videos. In 2016-17 the Sno Fighters campaign saw over 125 companies participate through picture and video submissions of their snow removal efforts. Each week Pro-Tech selects a submission to be named Sno Fighter of the Week. All participants were sent a special gift package filled with Pro-Tech branded merchandise. The most popular piece of the Sno Fighters campaign are several videos showcasing different situations in which a snow and ice management professional keeps their communities safe for winter travel.
