We are committed to resolving issues in a timely manner and will work with you to address any concerns. Refunds for credit card transactions will be processed according to our refund policy.

8. Transaction Disputes

You may dispute a transaction if you believe it is fraudulent, unauthorized, or if there has been an error in the transaction amount. Disputes should be submitted with all relevant details and supporting documentation to facilitate a prompt resolution.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your credit card issuer is a serious action and may affect your account status. We encourage you to resolve any issues directly with us before proceeding with a chargeback. Chargebacks should be considered only after our dispute resolution process has been exhausted.

10. Returns

Returns require prior authorization from Pro-Tech Manufacturing & Distribution, Inc. and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Refusing product delivery will be subject to additional fees. All shipping and handling charges for returned units must be prepaid by the owner and received at the Pro-Tech facility FOB.

11. Liability

We are not liable for any charges, fees, or costs incurred as a result of initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us.
